Sojitz’s Tokyo HQ has decided to increase the office space by two floors sometime in 2019, in response to increasing employee numbers. Sojitz will use this opportunity to also reorganize the existing office spaces in accordance with Sojitz’s commitment to improve productivity, creativity, and communication through diverse working styles, as well as promote mental and physical health. The project team is comprised of 14 carefully-selected Tokyo HQ staff of different ages and positions, who will lend their diverse perspectives to the project. President & CEO Masayoshi Fujimoto leads the project, and he has personally joined the others in developing a vision for the new office environment.
