Sojitz Publishes Integrated Report 2024

Sojitz Corporation (“Sojitz”) has published Integrated Report 2024. For this year’s report, Sojitz made broad revisions to its editorial policy with the aim of enhancing the timeliness, appropriateness and transparency of its disclosures.

In Medium-term Management Plan 2026 (published May 2024), Sojitz announced its target of doubling its corporate value through the realization of a unique “Sojitz Growth Story.” A core concept behind Integrated Report 2024 is a “change in approach for our business and human resource strategies,” and the report highlights the key businesses and strategies poised to accelerate growth within each of Sojitz’s business fields going forward.

Sojitz has made three key improvements in the production of Integrated Report 2024:
● Expedited publication: The report has been issued roughly two months earlier than in previous years to minimize delays between the release of the report and legally required materials such as the Annual Securities Report.
● Simultaneous release: The Japanese and English language versions of the report have been issued simultaneously as part of fair disclosure efforts.
● Transition to digital-only format: The print version of the report has been discontinued and the report will now be issued in a digital format optimized for online viewing.
