Royal Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture: Representative Director: Masataka Abe; “Royal HD”) and Sojitz Corporation’s (“Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayoshi Fujimoto; “Sojitz”) joint venture in Singapore, Royal Sojitz International Pte. Ltd. (Head Office: Singapore; Managing Director: Satoshi Fujioka; Established: August 31, 2021; “RSI”), has partnered together with YOTEI PTE.LTD. (Head Office: Singapore; Managing Director: David Ban Song Long; “YOTEI”), the parent company that operates the Japanese TENYA restaurant chain through TENYA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., to conclude a joint venture agreement on March 20, 2023.
Through this joint venture agreement, the companies will establish Royal Food Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a local Singapore subsidiary. By leveraging Royal HD’s content, Sojitz’s ability to expand businesses overseas, and YOTEI’s ability to manage and develop restaurants, the companies will open the first directly managed Royal Host restaurants in Singapore with the aim of establishing a business foundation for directly managed stores in overseas.
Royal Host has been committed to providing customers with safe and delicious food since its foundation and will continue to deliver quality taste and “OMOTENASHI Spirits”.
