Sojitz has executed a capital increase subscription for the newly established company, PT Surya Nippon Nusantara(“SNN”) through its investment in PT ENERGI MITRA INVESTAMA(“EMI”)(*1), the largest rooftop solar power developer company in Indonesia. SNN aims to provide decarbonized energy solutions including rooftop solar power generation geared towards industrial and commercial customers in Indonesia.
