Sojitz Corporation (“Sojitz”) has concluded a capital and business tie-up agreement with Global Mobility Service (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tokushi Nakashima; “GMS”), calling for Sojitz to make a capital contribution to the company by underwriting a third-party allocation of shares.

GMS is a venture company which enables the roughly 2 billion people worldwide without access to automotive loans or leases to finance their cars to get the opportunities to use the financing through the company’s FinTech Service. This service uses the Mobility-Cloud Connecting System (“MCCS”), an IoT device developed in-house which can deactivate your car remotely; and the Mobility Service Platform (“MSPF”), a platform for IoT applications.
