THE TAKAMATSU－KOTOHIRA ELECTRIC RAILROAD Co., Ltd. (“Kotoden”) and Sojitz Commerce Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sojitz Corporation, provide the following information containing the execution of a property management agreement concerning the Kotoden-Kawaramachi Building owned by Kotoden.

Takamatsu Tenmaya Co., Ltd. has conducted business operations in this building (part of basement level 1 to the 8th floor and the 11th floor）since 2001, but it has recently announced termination of the business as of the end of March of this year.

Sojitz Commerce Development Corporation will begin renovation planning and leasing starting in April for the grand opening in the spring of next year while continuing to operate some stores in the building. The building is located at a Kotoden terminal station, and efforts will be made in collaboration with tenants to transform it into a station building that brings new vitality to the Kawaramachi District, a central area of Takamatsu City, and cherished by the local community.
