双日物流株式会社（以下简称“双日物流”，总公司：东京都千代田区　社长：长阪 九万太），与伊势湾海运株式会社（以下简称“伊势湾海运”，总公司：名古屋市港区，社长：后藤 正三）及当地合作伙伴共同联手，在双日运营的工业园区“Greenland International Industrial Center”（以下简称GIIC）内，设立了提供综合物流服务的合资公司PT. IS JAYA LOGISTIK、（以下简称ISJL）。

双日除GIIC以外，在越南、印度等地也开展工业园区事业，为进驻企业提供办理当地法人设立手续、建设工厂厂房等服务。另外，双日集团还提供投产前生产设备的采购、进出口、报关、搬入工厂及安装、投产后仓库及物流服务等物流功能和原材料采购等综合支援服务。

GIIC位于雅加达中心部以东37公里的勿加泗县（Bekasi），由于直通芝甘北（Cikampek）高速公路的专用出入口，交通十分便利，可直达港口和机场。此外，由于地处聚集在高速公路沿路的雅加达东部工业园区群中心部，通往周边的工业园区可谓是绝佳的地理位置。

双日物流迄今以来，在东盟（ASEAN）各国设立网点，支援日本企业进驻海外的业务。近年，生产工厂进驻印度尼西亚的动向日益加速，在此形势下为了加强从设立工厂到运作的最佳方案及服务，开展物流业务，ISJL在物流方面具备有力条件的GIIC，设立了公司。此外，在GIIC内伙伴公司PT. ISEWAN INDONESIA在面积达8.8公顷的土地上，建设重型货物/普通货物用仓库（配有30吨桥式起重机），不仅对入驻企业提供服务，还在雅加达近郊地区，进一步扩充工业园区物流服务（IPLS：Industrial Park Logistics Service）。

过去5年的印度尼西亚经济增长率的平均值超过6%，尤其是在东盟（ASEAN）地区内保持着稳定的经济增长。近年，随着GDP的增长，二轮、四轮、家电等的内需有效促进了该国的经济发展。尤其是汽车行业，2012年新车销售数量首次突破了100万辆，达到了111万辆。再加上2013年出台的节能小型车优惠政策将起到助推作用，预计销售数量将进一步增加。

另一方面，东盟（ASEAN）地区内外自由贸易协定的签署也步入了实施阶段，作为生产据点的重要性进一步提高，而且有必要分散由于过度集中而造成的诸多风险，构筑坚如磐石的生产体制。因此不仅仅局限于东盟（ASEAN）地区内，更应将东盟（ASEAN）视为是一个区域，与印度或中国共享零部件等，对于陆海空全方位的运输需求正在日益高涨。
