Sojitz Corporation (“Sojitz”) has been contracted by Kobe City Transportation Promotion Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagata-ku, Kobe) to conduct preparations for the partial store opening and post-opening management operations of the Seishin-Chuo Station Department Store Building owned by Kobe City, located in front of Kobe’s Municipal Subway Seishin-Chuo Station.

This new shopping center, the “Seishin-Chuo Station Shopping Center” will open on December 4^th. The shopping center is located on the site of the former Sogo Seishin store that was a long-loved favorite in the area for many years and regrettably shuttered its doors on August 31^st, 2020. The new store will partially open in December, including parts of the first and 5^th floor spaces.
