Sojitz Corporation has decided to donate a total 1 million yen in relief aid to the city of Joso, Ibaraki Prefecture, which recently suffered extensive damage in the wake of Severe Tropical Storm Etau. At the same time, Sojitz Group subsidiary Daiichibo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Arao, Kumamoto; Representative Director: Yoshikazu Inui) will provide approximately 2,000 undergarments to these areas as relief supplies.
