The website was established to deal exclusively in renovated condominiums within the Tokyo Metropolitan area, under the tagline: “Get a renovated condo within the 23 wards for as low as \20 million!” The website will offer brokered buying and selling of property, as well as one-time, free buyback appraisal through a number of contracted renovation companies.

Customers who purchase property through ‘Sumai Re’ or wish to sell their property to renovation companies via the service will receive not only free brokerage processing for the contract, but also cash back,  making it possible to purchase property for cheaper than original cost; or conversely, sell property for higher than its original asking price.

Sojitz New Urban Development is developing a wide variety of real estate-related businesses, including the development and leasing of new condominiums.
