NIPPON REIT s a diversified REIT that invests in office, residential , and retail properties. It will develop a portfolio that emphasizes income growth and stability and make dynamic and timely investments while maximizing investor value by aligning the interests between investors and NIPPON REIT through adopting governance structures that provide third-party monitoring on related-party transactions.

Sojitz will continue to collaborate with sub-sponsors, Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K. and Agility Asset Advisers Co., Ltd., to enhance the investor value of NIPPON REIT’s investors while giving due regard to the prevention of transactions involving conflicts of interests.
