TOKYO(February 13, 2002)--Nissho Iwai Corporation herein announces that Infocom Corporation, a subsidiary of ITX Corporation which was formed as a spin-off of Nissho Iwai's Information Business Development, and which merged with Teijin Systems Technology Ltd. in April 2001, today made an application to the Japan Securities Dealers Association for a registered issue of new stock.
